Can you provide more movers if I need them?
Yes! If you require more people power then please let us know first. This will be an additional charge (£15p/h extra) and we will arrange for you.
Will my driver be on time?
All of our drivers do our best to be on time. However, they may sometimes be delayed because of traffic and they will ensure that you are updated on their whereabouts
How should I prepare for a move?
The best way to prepare for your move is to ensure that everything is packed and ready-to-go for when your driver arrives! Then sit back, relax, and let the professional movers do the rest.
Can I travel with the driver?
Yes, you can travel with the driver! Simply contact the driver to let them know that you would like to travel with them and they will sort the rest.
Do I have to be present on the day?
No, you do not personally need to be present at your pick up address; however, you will need a friend or family member over the age of 18 to be available.
Can I store my items in a van overnight?
No, we cannot store items in vehicles overnight. This is due to the fact that if items are stolen we are not accountable for theft.
Do drivers dismantle and re-assemble items?
The majority of our drivers will come with equipment to help dismantle and re-assemble your items. If you require this service, then you must let us know at least 1 day before your move.
Are you available on evenings and weekends?
Yes, we provide an evening and weekend service, even on Bank Holidays! Once we know the specifics we will arrange our calendar around your schedule.
Do I need to pay the congestion charge?
If you’re based in central London and we need to enter the congestion zone, we’ll just add the cost to your bill so you don’t need to worry about it.
Do I need to organise parking?
If parking is difficult outside your property or is restricted to residents only, then you will need to let our team know when you contact us for a quote. If required we will organise a parking suspension to allow us to park our vehicles outside your property. If you don’t let us know in advance about parking restrictions then any parking fines incurred will be added to your final bill.
How and when should I pay?
We accept cash, cards and bank transfer. All payments must be done promptly after the job has been completed.
Can you dispose of or recycle furniture?
Yes. We can dispose of unwanted items of furniture, recycle, or take to a charity shop.
